Aire de production : Sion, place called "Corbassière"

Note de dégustation : Wine for laying down, full-bodied, peppery and spicy notes enhanced with cloves, violet and menthol

Accords gourmands : Lamb shank, saddle of hare, confit beef cheeks

Vinification : Aged in tuns for 24 months, then in vats for 6 months

Rendement : 40 to 45 hl/ha

Contenance : 75 cl, 150 cl
